A Greener River Vale in 2009!

As we River Vale residents make our new year’s resolutions for 2009, let’s not forget about the wonderful new recycling initiatives that the township is now offering.  In addition to the existing curbside pickup schedule, River Vale has now placed three dumpsters, one for bottles & cans and the other two for paper & cardboard, at the DPW building located at 320 River Vale Rd.   In addition, the township has added electronics recycling to the program, allowing residents to drop of their unwanted electronics as well.  For more information regarding this program, visit the River Vale town website.
